Temperature and Humidity Management in the Production Environment

Comprehensive air conditioner maintenance, repair and installation services are provided regularly at Güleçyüz Çorap's active textile production facility. In the textile sector, yarn-twisting and knitting machines generate a significant amount of heat and electrostatic charge during operation. For this reason, temperature and humidity control in the production hall is of primary importance both for the consistency of product quality and for operator health.

In the maintenance processes of the air conditioning systems, comprehensive cleaning of the split and cassette-type indoor units, washing and maintenance of the outdoor-unit condenser fins, refrigerant-quantity and pressure checks, and remote-control and thermostat tests are carried out. Faulty compressors, fan motors and electronic boards are identified through a rapid diagnosis process and replaced.

In production facilities, every air conditioner stoppage is a potential production loss. Preventive maintenance programs largely eliminate this risk, reinforcing the business's assurance of continuity.

In new equipment installations, capacity calculations and positioning planning are carried out by the expert engineering team; installations are completed with materials and techniques compliant with international standards. The maintenance program is planned according to the textile production calendar, and a full system overhaul is applied at seasonal changes.
