Precise Temperature Management in the Color and Paint Sector

The air conditioner maintenance and repair services provided at Renksan's production facility were designed with the color and paint sector's sensitivity of chemical processes to temperature in mind. In the production environment, temperature fluctuations can directly affect the stability of color formulations, the precision of the filling processes and the consistency of product quality. For this reason, the operation of the air conditioning systems at the defined set points under all conditions was identified as a critical priority.

The temperatures of the server and system rooms — which are especially critical to production — are monitored continuously, and an instant alarm is triggered if the defined temperature threshold is exceeded. The periodic maintenance of data-center cooling systems and the calibration of the monitoring infrastructure require a separate area of expertise, and this service too is provided within our comprehensive maintenance program.

Neglecting server-room temperature management can result in heat-related hardware failures, data loss and costly production stoppages. Proactive monitoring eliminates this risk.

All maintenance and monitoring records carried out under the contract are archived on a digital platform; temperature trend analyses are shared regularly with the facility management. This transparent reporting structure enables potential risks to be identified in advance and preventive interventions to be taken in good time.
