Project Scope and Technical Implementation

The long-standing technical partnership established with Samet Kalıp fully covers critical processes such as air conditioner maintenance, air conditioner repair, ventilation system installation and periodic HVAC maintenance. In the environment of mold production, with its intense heat loads and continuous operating rhythm, the reliability of the climate-control systems is indispensable for both product quality and worker comfort.

Airflow (flow-rate) measurements were taken of the facility's existing ventilation ducts, and additional units were installed in zones with insufficient air-change rates. Filter, compressor and heat-exchanger checks of the air conditioning units were carried out at set intervals; leaks were eliminated and system gas charges were completed in full. As a result, energy consumption was optimized and operating costs were tangibly reduced.

In industrial facilities, the efficient operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems not only prevents production stoppages but also directly lowers the energy bill. The results achieved at Samet Kalıp have confirmed this fact once again.

During the commissioning of new production areas, split air conditioner installation, ducted air conditioner setup and exhaust ventilation system piping were planned and implemented together with all the engineering calculations. The materials and application methods used in every phase of the project were selected with compliance to the relevant TSE and EN standards in mind.
