About Diotek Mekanik
The story of Diotek Mekanik begins with our founder Ömer Vural's entry into the industry as an apprentice in 1999. For five years he was steeped in the master-apprentice tradition at private service workshops, honing his skills in split air-conditioner, combi-boiler, and white-goods maintenance and repair. He then spent six years at an authorised Bosch-Siemens-Profilo (BSH) service centre, reinforcing his technical discipline to industrial standards. In 2010 he took on the technical coordination of large-scale commercial projects at Proasist Teknik Hizmetler for four years. In 2014 he channelled this 15-year accumulation of experience into his own brand and founded Diotek Mekanik. Today we continue to serve as a trusted brand with over 25 years of field experience, an engineering approach, and a work ethic that puts customer satisfaction first.
Our Service Areas
We serve across a wide spectrum — from the sales, installation, maintenance, and repair of split air conditioners and VRF systems to ducted air-conditioning and ventilation applications; from combi-boiler heating systems and cascade boiler-room maintenance and repair to industrial air-conditioning solutions. Our project portfolio covers hotels, hospitals and clinics, sterile/hygienic environments (laboratories, pharmaceutical production facilities), exproof facilities (paint booths, chemical plants), architecturally decorative spaces, specialised equipment applications (precision cooling, humidity control), factories, and residential engineering projects. In every project we engineer site-specific solutions that deliver safe, efficient, and long-lasting systems.

Our History
First Steps in the Industry — Rising Through Apprenticeship
Our founder Ömer Vural entered the HVAC industry as an apprentice in 1999. Through the master-apprentice tradition, he learned the fundamentals of the trade in split air-conditioner, combi-boiler, and white-goods maintenance and repair.
Independent Field Technician
After five years of apprenticeship, he began building his own client portfolio as an independent field technician, providing split air-conditioner installation and maintenance services in residential and small commercial projects.
Bosch Siemens Profilo Authorised Service
Joining the BSH authorised service network, he gained technical discipline to industrial standards. For six years he worked as a factory-trained specialist in combi-boilers, air conditioners, and white goods.
Proasist Teknik Hizmetler
At Proasist he took charge of the technical coordination of large-scale commercial and industrial projects for four years, gaining project-management experience in shopping-centre, hospital, and office-building projects.
Diotek Mekanik Is Founded
He translated 15 years of industry experience into his own brand and founded Diotek Mekanik. In its founding year the company began operations as an authorised service centre for Midea A.Ş. Split air conditioners, VRF system maintenance-repair and installation, and ventilation services became our first areas of expertise.
Toshiba Authorised Dealership
We expanded our sales and repair services by obtaining the authorised dealership of Toshiba, one of the industry's pioneer brands. We maintained this partnership successfully through to the 2019 pandemic period.
Jeriyan Authorised Service & Sales Dealership
To strengthen our service portfolio, we added the Jeriyan brand's authorised service and sales dealership to our roster.
Rota Klima Authorised Dealership
We broadened our solution range by taking on the authorised dealership and maintenance-repair service of Rota Klima. During this period we further solidified our expertise in exproof facilities, sterile environments, hotel and hospital projects, and combi-heating and cascade systems.
