VRV System Installation and Ventilation Infrastructure Setup

Clean Air and Comfort in a Cosmetics Production Environment

The VRV system installation project carried out in Giz Kozmetik's production and office areas is the product of an engineering-focused process covering heat-load analysis, pipe-route planning and capacity selection. In cosmetics production, the quality of the ambient air and temperature stability directly affect the integrity of product formulations, filling precision and shelf life.

The ventilation infrastructure was completely renewed; the fresh-air supply, exhaust balance and filter sets were redesigned in line with cosmetics-production standards. To dilute volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the production areas, high-rate exhaust systems were installed, and compliance with the ACGIH ventilation standards that safeguard worker health was ensured.

In cosmetics facilities, ventilation and air conditioning are the primary technical safeguard not only for the sustainability of product quality but also for protecting workers from exposure to chemical vapors.

The periodic maintenance and repair program initiated after the commissioning of the VRV system aims to keep the system's energy efficiency high while keeping the risk of breakdowns to a minimum. The collaboration sustained with Giz Kozmetik is a reflection of a strengthening relationship of technical trust and a shared growth perspective.
