Precision Climate-Control Solutions in an Electronics Production Environment

The ventilation-unit maintenance, fan-coil overhaul and chiller repair-installation services carried out in Ertekin Elektronik's production and service areas focus on the uninterrupted maintenance of the precise temperature and humidity conditions that electronics production environments require. In the manufacture and storage of electronic components, temperature and especially humidity increase the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and threaten circuit-board reliability.

In the maintenance of the ventilation units, the heat exchangers were chemically cleaned, the voltage and speed (RPM) values of the fan motors were measured, and the drive belts and bearings were checked. Filter, coil and condensate-tray cleaning of the fan-coil units was carried out, and valve and thermostat calibrations were performed. In the chiller overhaul, compressor-oil analysis, refrigerant-circuit gas charging and condenser-capacity testing were applied.

In electronics manufacturing, the flawless maintenance of temperature and humidity control lowers product defect rates, reduces the number of warranty claims and strengthens brand reliability.
