The air conditioner maintenance, repair and installation services carried out at Danone Turkey's production facilities are performed in full compliance with international food legislation and the company's internal quality standards. In food production environments, temperature and humidity conditions form one of the basic requirements of the FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 food-safety management systems, and the climate-control systems play a critical role in meeting these requirements.

Hygiene precautions are applied meticulously in the maintenance processes: to reduce the risk of food contact to zero, food-grade lubricants are used in cleaning and maintenance work, and original or approved equivalent materials are preferred in part replacements. The maintenance of air handling units, fan-coil units and industrial split systems is scheduled for non-production periods; fault interventions are completed in the shortest possible time.
