Frequently Asked Questions About Warranty

All air conditioners purchased through Diotek are, as standard, covered by a 2-year full warranty. The warranty covers production-related faults such as the compressor, electronic board and fan motor. User errors, external factors (lightning, flood) and unauthorized service interventions fall outside the warranty scope.
The serial number is found on the label on the on the side panel of the indoor unit or the rear of your air conditioner. It also appears on your invoice and on the warranty certificate supplied with the product. The label is usually marked with the heading "S/N:" or "Serial No:".
Yes. Before the standard 2-year warranty ends or right afterwards, Maintenance Contract by signing it, you can extend your coverage period. Our annual maintenance contract offers warranty extension and priority service. For details, contact us.
After confirming that your air conditioner is covered by the warranty, create a Service Request fill out the form. Specify the fault and your serial number on the form. Our certified technician will, at the latest, 48 hours, within which our authorized service will get back to you. Procedures covered by the warranty are free of charge.
The warranty starts from the date the product is first purchased and is transferable. That is, if you bought the product second-hand and the original warranty period has not yet expired, the protection continues. However, for the warranty transfer to be valid, the original invoice and warranty certificate must be presented.
