Given the requirement for postal and cargo operations to run 24/7, 365 days a year, the reliability of the climate-control systems is not merely a matter of comfort but also an operational necessity.

The process followed in maintaining the ducted air conditioning systems covers cleaning of the air handling unit's filters, cooling coil and heating coil, fan and belt checks, air-duct leak-tightness tests and thermostat-automation calibration. At the end of each maintenance visit, a detailed technical report is prepared and submitted to the authorized officials.
