A Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract

The annual air conditioner maintenance contract signed with the Birolar Mercedes authorized service covers the entire air conditioning and ventilation infrastructure of the large facility, which comprises a showroom, a technical service workshop and administrative units. The temperature and humidity balance — critical to the customer experience in automotive showrooms — is always kept within the defined ranges through periodic maintenance programs.

In the technical service workshop, the polluted-air load and exhaust-gas management arising from heavy vehicle traffic were effectively brought under control with an industrial exhaust ventilation system. Full compliance with worker-health and occupational-safety legislation was achieved, and the technical infrastructure needed to continuously renew the ambient air was established.

The preventive maintenance approach significantly reduces operating costs over the long term by preventing faults that would otherwise arise unexpectedly and the operational losses associated with them.

Among the mechanical installation works carried out under the annual contract, piping revision, heating-cooling unit maintenance and air handling unit filter replacements stand out. A guaranteed response to fault reports within 4 hours was provided, and all technical reports were submitted in writing to the authorized service management.
