Air Handling Unit Disassembly, Installation and Maintenance Services

At various faculty and administrative buildings within İstanbul University — one of Turkey's most long-established higher-education institutions — air handling unit disassembly and installation services were carried out successfully. On a campus where a stock of historic buildings coexists with modern academic structures, climate-control projects are planned with attention to architectural constraints, the academic calendar and the technical-approval processes mandatory before various authorities.

In the disassembly of the air handling units (AHUs), special lifting and transport equipment is used, taking into account the weight of the equipment, its location and technical-service access conditions. During the installation process, the positioning of the new units in accordance with the building's structural-load calculations and their integration with the existing air ducts were carried out meticulously.

On university campuses, technical maintenance services require a fast and careful work discipline that has the least possible impact on the density of students and academics.
