Pool Dehumidification System Installation and VRF Air Conditioner Maintenance Services

Indoor Pool Humidity Control and VRF System Services

At Era Koleji's modern indoor swimming pool facility, humidity management constitutes one of the most critical climate-control parameters in terms of building health and user comfort. A high relative humidity leads to corrosion of metal structural elements, mold on wall and ceiling surfaces and, most importantly, respiratory ailments. To eliminate these risks, a high-capacity industrial pool dehumidifier was selected, installed and commissioned.

The dehumidification system was sized through engineering calculations according to the pool area's volume (m³) and the expected evaporation load. The unit's fresh-air connection, heat-recovery module and control automation were also installed in full. Periodic filter cleaning, drain-line inspection and capacity testing were included in the maintenance program, keeping optimal humidity values (50–60% relative humidity) protected throughout the year.

Installing and regularly maintaining a pool dehumidification system not only protects the building from costly damage but also safeguards the long-term health of pool users.

The maintenance and repair of the VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems installed in other parts of the campus are also carried out regularly. Monitoring the part-load efficiency of the VRF systems, checking the refrigerant balances and calibrating the electronic expansion valves are foremost among the technical services within this scope. All of this work contributes directly to keeping the college's energy bill at an optimum level.
