Hotel Air Handling Unit and VRF System Maintenance Contract

Uninterrupted Climate-Control Service in the Hospitality Sector

Under the annual maintenance contract signed with Elitoria Hotel, the air handling units and VRF systems throughout the hotel are inspected at regular intervals, and maintenance and repair work is carried out in full. Since room temperature and air quality are among the most fundamental variables determining guest satisfaction in accommodation facilities, the trouble-free 24/7 operation of the climate-control systems contributes directly to the hotel's reputation.

In the maintenance of the air handling units, AHU filter replacements, chemical cleaning of the cooling and heating coils, fan-motor and belt-tension checks, and automation and time-schedule updates are carried out. In the VRF systems, the individual performance of each suite and in-room unit is monitored, and system-wide optimization is achieved through the central management controller.

In hotel operations, the preventive maintenance performed at seasonal transitions reduces the risk of breakdowns to almost zero during the busy summer and winter seasons, minimizing guest complaints and negative reviews.

Pre-peak-season maintenance programs, off-season overhaul work and emergency-response protocols are applied in full. Maintenance history and device performance data are recorded on a digital platform and reported transparently to the hotel's technical management.
